The 23rd International Seaweed Symposium will convene April 28 - May 3, 2019 in Jeju Island, South Korea. The Symposium will follow the traditional program, with a mix of plenary talks, symposia devoted to particular topics, sessions of contributed papers, and poster sessions. Diverse topics of symposia and sessions will include, but not limited to taxonomy, biodiversity, ecology, climate change, genomics, seaweed aquaculture, industrialization, and cutting-edge technologies for medicine, cosmetics, and biofuel developments.
